{"id":30962,"date":"2022-10-13T12:38:44","date_gmt":"2022-10-13T10:38:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.frmr.ro\/?p=30962"},"modified":"2026-02-02T15:03:16","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T13:03:16","slug":"fundatia-regala-margareta-a-romaniei-angajeaza-manager-de-proiect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundatiaregala.ro\/en\/fundatia-regala-margareta-a-romaniei-angajeaza-manager-de-proiect\/","title":{"rendered":"The Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation Is Hiring a Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation is looking for an experienced Project Manager who puts heart into their work and wants to be part of a team committed to making Romania a better place!<\/p>\n<p>The position is for the project <em><strong>\u201cGenerations Clubs \u2013 Outdoor Non-Formal Education for Children with the Support of Teachers\u201d,<\/strong><\/em> funded through POCU, Priority Axis No. 6 \u2013 Education and Skills, Investment Priority 10.i \u2013 Reducing and preventing early school leaving and promoting equal access to quality preschool, primary, and secondary education, including formal, non-formal, and informal learning pathways for reintegration into education and training.<\/p>\n<p>The position is part-time, <strong>4 hours\/day<\/strong> for <strong>18 months<\/strong>, but we are looking for someone who would like to remain a permanent part of our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u27a4 Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing the management methodology and working procedures<\/li>\n<li>Project management at all levels and stages<\/li>\n<li>Project planning and organization<\/li>\n<li>Direct two-way communication with all team members<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the project implementation schedule<\/li>\n<li>Efficient management of all resources<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring reporting<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the Procurement Plan<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and approving monthly activity reports and timesheets of team members<\/li>\n<li>Identifying solutions to emerging issues in order to maximize project efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the drafting\/coordinating of addenda and necessary notifications to be submitted to the POCU Managing Authority\/Intermediate Body (MA\/IB) for evaluation and approval in order to amend the funding application<\/li>\n<li>Creating, developing, and implementing an internal Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, including planning, implementation, and monitoring procedures required for the project<\/li>\n<li>Preparing monitoring and evaluation reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and compliance with data protection legislation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n\u27a4 Required Education:<\/strong> completed higher education (minimum 3 years)<\/p>\n<p>\u27a4 <strong>Required Professional Experience:<\/strong> at least 6 years of experience in project coordination and management<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u27a4 Other Requirements:<\/strong> completion of a \u201cProject Manager\u201d course<\/p>\n<p>If this role suits you, please send your CV with relevant experience clearly highlighted to <a href=\"mailto:mugurel.margarit@principesa.ro\">mugurel.margarit@principesa.ro<\/a>by October 21, 2022. <strong>21 octombrie 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Funda\u021bia Regal\u0103 Margareta a Rom\u00e2niei caut\u0103 un manager de proiect cu experien\u021b\u0103 care s\u0103 pun\u0103 suflet \u00een munca sa \u0219i s\u0103-\u0219i doreasc\u0103 s\u0103 fie parte a unei echipe care vrea s\u0103 schimbe Rom\u00e2nia \u00een mai bine!
