Submit the form
Send the form via email to: prieten@fundatiaregala.ro and we will submit it online to ANAF (the tax authority) on your behalf. Alternatively, you can mail the original completed form to our address: 37 Nicolae Haralambie 37, District 4, Bucharest, and we will file it for you.

Until May 25, 2026, you can submit the form online using the Virtual Private Space (SPV) service on the ANAF website, or in person at your local ANAF branch, or via mail with confirmation of receipt. Check the address of your local Tax Office.
